Granny's Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients
 
2 cups of all purpose flour
 
4 eggs
 
1 3/4 cups of whole milk
 
salt and pepper
 
Directions
 
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
 
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, add the salt and pepper.
 
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, gradually, while whisking until the batter is smooth.
 
In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and add to the batter.
 
Cover and let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes.

Reduce heat to 400 degrees
 
In a muffin pan add about 1 teaspoon of oil and heat in the oven for about 3-4 minutes.
 
slowly pour in the batter about halfway.
 
Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Serves 6.
